The Challenge
Torre Premier is the first Real Estate project of premium aparments for the construction developer, Inurba. Therefore, they needed to position their brand in the Real Estate category for premium projects, impact and sell the project. In order to gain credibility.
The Pepper Solution
Through the implementation of Branding techniques, the Pepper creative team made an evaluation of the brand to build a stronger brand identity, giving Torre Premier a more elegant and successful image.
After that, we created a communication campaign under the concept “First class living”, which captures the lifestyle that Torre Premier targets are looking for, and at the same time it communicates the benefits of Torre Premier as a new home.
We brought this campaign to traditional communication channels in San Salvador, and also as a digital strategy in social media.

The brand saw the need to refresh its image to be able to focus on new markets and transmit the solidity and expertise that their trajectory gives them. They started with a logo refresh.
Carvajal is a multinational company that has several branches of business, where the production of plastic disposables stands out. Several of these brands are leaders in the market such as Dipsa, Termoform and Picnic; being Dipsa the most sold in El Salvador, followed by Termoform and Picnic. These have been the first "to go" in the market after its renovation.
